Augmented Reality at Kunstpalast

New app for the museum

Digitalisation & Technology, 14.02.2024

Pretty wow – that's the new app for the Düsseldorf Kunstpalast, which was developed together with digital experts from ERGO. In our video, Alina Fuchte (Kunstpalast) and Maciej Lastowski (ERGO Technology Services) talk about how the idea for the app came about, which works of art are enhanced with AR and why, as well as lessons learned and personal favourites.

"The special thing about the app is the mix: it provides orientation with plans, informs via audio tours, offers wow moments by enhancing works of art using AR and offers fun with games. A world-class app," says Maciej Lastowski.
