On behalf of the F.A.Z., the IMWF Institut für Management- und Wirtschaftsforschung GmbH analysed the data of a so-called social listening and an online survey of around 20,000 largest German companies in the period from 1 September 2021 to 31 August 2022.
Extensive data material - differentiated analysis
For social listening, a total of over 100 million sources were used as a database and analysed with the help of artificial intelligence. Numerous company contents in the social media such as websites, press releases, blogs, posts and forums were analysed. They were examined with regard to content on equality, fairness and gender roles.
In addition, the companies were given a detailed online questionnaire to fill out.
For each of the companies examined, the F.A.Z. Institute determined the overall scores based on the individual topic blocks.
The "Role Model in Diversity 2022" award was then given according to the number of points achieved in the overall ranking.
ERGO performed successfully
In the overall assessment, ERGO was among the four best insurance companies that live diversity and diversity.
As a result, ERGO has been entitled to use the certificate "Role Model in Diversity 2022", awarded by the F.A.Z. Institute, since September and until 31 August 2023.
