ERGO Pro to become part of Artemis Group as ONE Financial Services AG
The new company ONE Financial Services AG will be managed independently by Artemis Group together with the current management and leading sales partners of the previous ERGO Pro organisation. Through a strategic cooperation with ONE Financial Services AG, ERGO is expanding its existing distribution network with a high‑reach partner, while focusing on further strengthening its tied‑agent sales organisation.
ERGO Beratung und Vertrieb AG – the sales organisation of ERGO Deutschland AG – and Artemis Group signed an agreement on 11 October 2026 regarding the takeover of ERGO Pro by Artemis Group. The transaction follows ERGO Group AG’s corporate strategy through 2030 and is therefore a key lever for continued profitable growth in its home market.
As part of the transaction, the previous ERGO Pro organisation will, under the new name ONE Financial Services AG, become part of Artemis Group’s integrated distribution platform, which brings together multi‑product sales agents, brokers, broker pools and managing general agents (MGAs) under a single, innovative infrastructure. The majority shareholder of the new company will be Artemis Group. Additional shareholders will be the current management as well as the leading sales partners of the previous ERGO Pro.
Under the agreement, both parties have entered into a strategic partnership that establishes ERGO as ONE Financial Services AG’s exclusive product partner in the life insurance segment and also provides for the distribution of additional ERGO products from other lines of business through ONE Financial Services AG. In combination with the existing product offering of Artemis’ MGAs, ONE Financial Services AG will operate independently in the market and focus on advising and insuring its customers across all insurance segments.
With Artemis Group, we are gaining another strong distribution partner for our business in Germany and are significantly expanding our cooperation network. At the same time, we are consistently consolidating the advisory and sales structures within our tied-agent sales organisation, thereby setting the course for sustainable profitable growth in our home market. Last but not least, we are creating an attractive long‑term perspective for our previous ERGO Pro sales partners.

Completion of the transaction is envisaged for January 2027, subject to customary closing conditions. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price or further details of the transaction.
