Long-standing partnership strengthens the position of Wüstenrot and ERGO
Wüstenrot Bausparkasse AG and ERGO Beratung und Vertrieb AG have extended their cooperation for a further five years. In addition, Wüstenrot will in future be ERGO's exclusive partner for private mortgage business.
The extension of the cooperation agreement, which goes back more than 15 years in the building society sector, was signed in the last few days. In the course of the contract extension, both partners emphasised the importance of the long-standing and successful cooperation in building society savings and construction financing. Cooperation in the brokering of mortgage loans is to be intensified and further expanded in the future. Wüstenrot is thus strengthening its position as a cooperative building society.
We are very pleased that we are further expanding our successful partnership with ERGO and thus also strengthening our sales power in construction financing.
Excellent products and high-quality mortgage advice are the key factors in helping people find their way into their own home. At the same time, demand for modernisation and energy-efficient refurbishment measures is also
continually growing.
The cooperation gives ERGO access to Wüstenrot's mortgage portal. This is available to sales partners and enables the fully electronic submission and processing of financing applications to ERGO, Wüstenrot and over 400 financing partners. The system therefore enables comprehensive, needs-orientated customer advice and prompt processing.
We have been a trusted partner of Wüstenrot for many years. We want to further advance the existing successful cooperation – as we have already done in building society savings – in private construction financing as well. The focus on Wüstenrot as exclusive mortgage partner also serves this purpose. We expect good results from the combination of digital and personal support on site.
As part of the partnership, Wüstenrot will provide ERGO with a combination of digital advisory solutions and a personal presence through building society and financing experts on site. This will ensure that customers receive even more efficient and personalised advice.
