Tino Krause is responsible for Meta's business development in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH). Until 2019, he was CEO of MediaCom, Germany's largest media agency. Just like our CDO Mark Klein, Tino Krause is convinced of the positive impact that artificial intelligence (AI) and other groundbreaking developments such as augmented reality (AR) can have on businesses and society.
And so, the title of the third NOW! Talk – which, like the first two editions with Nina Michahelles from Google and Jens Hansen from Microsoft was held in English – was, logically:
"AI & Augmented Reality: The Future of Engagement Across Generations"
In addition to AI and AR, the two experts also addressed a third topic – namely, the success factors for insurance providers on social media: What innovations does Meta expect in the coming years that are likely to be particularly relevant to our industry? Which social commerce features are particularly suitable for marketing insurance products online? And what role do messengers and chatbots play in advising on and selling insurance products?
