Employees provide authentic insights on LinkedIn

The new ERGO Voices network met for its virtual kick-off. Almost 40 colleagues from a wide range of departments at ERGO who are already active on LinkedIn and want to expand their presence took part – representatives from various product divisions, claims management, scouting, innovation management, employer branding, digitalisation & technology, DEI management, communications and sales.

I am convinced that ERGOVoices will bring real added value to the company, but also to each individual member. It's a real win-win situation.

Their common goal: to report authentically on their work at ERGO. The network serves as a platform for mutual support, motivation and skills development.

ERGO employee Kristina Tewes took the first initiative to establish the network: "I am convinced that ERGOVoices will bring real added value to the company, but also to each individual member. It's a real win-win situation."

Following the kick-off, various training sessions and events are now to be organised – ranging from optimising LinkedIn profiles to tips and tricks for creating content, information on guidelines and legal regulations, and how to deal with critical comments.
