Basic rules for an objective discussion

We look forward to exchanging ideas with you and are eager to hear your comments. We are also always open to constructive criticism. Because it helps us to improve. To ensure that we can have an objective discussion in our magazine and on our social media channels, we ask you to adhere to the following basic rules.

1. Be fair and respectful

  • We respect you and your opinion. In return, we ask you to behave fairly and politely. Do not impose your beliefs on other people.
  • Insults and discrimination of any kind are undesirable and will be deleted by us.
  • When commenting, please refer directly to the relevant post. You are welcome to send inquiries that have nothing to do with our posts to kontakt@ergo.de. You can find all contact options here at a glance

2. Protect your data

  • For your security, we recommend that you do not publish any personal or confidential information in our magazine. This includes, for example, addresses, telephone numbers and contract data. We will remove such content for reasons of data protection.
  • The e-mail address that you must enter to comment will not be published or passed on to third parties.
  • Please note that you cannot change or delete a published comment. If you wish to do so, please send an e-mail to socialmedia@ergo.de.

3. No illegal content

  • Do not distribute any pornographic, violence-glorifying, xenophobic, racist, political or other illegal content.
  • Do not publish any content that infringes the copyright or other rights of third parties.

  • We will answer your comment as soon as possible. If you write to us in the evening, on weekends or holidays, we will be happy to take care of it on the following working day.

We reserve the right to delete, edit or move contributions without notice, to close the comment function or block IP addresses if these rules are not followed. There is no claim to publication.

Prohibited are in particular:

  • Insults and degradations of persons
  • Racism and hate propaganda
  • Pornography and obscenities
  • incitement to violence against persons, institutions or undertakings
  • Call for demonstrations and rallies of any political nature
  • Advertising messages for goods or services
  • Infringement of third party rights
  • Quotations without the indication of a source or the author
  • Other illegal contents
