ERGO Group Board: Lena Lindemann takes on additional board responsibilities

As of 1 October 2025, Lena Lindemann, Member of the Board of Management of ERGO Group AG, will take over the responsibilities of Ulf Mainzer, Member of the Board of Management of ERGO Group AG, in addition to her current role as Labour Director, which includes responsibility for Human Resources (HR) and General Services. She will also oversee the Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and Corporate Governance departments of ERGO Group AG. After 18 years with the Company, Ulf Mainzer will be leaving ERGO at his own request at the end of the year.

Lena Lindemann has been a Member of the Management Board of ERGO Group AG and Labour Director at ERGO since July 2022. She holds a Doctor of Law and has been with the Group since 2017. She previously worked as a lawyer at Clifford Chance LLP.

Ulf Mainzer has been responsible for Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and Corporate Governance since joining ERGO in 2008. Until June 2022, he was also Labour Director of ERGO Group AG. Prior to joining ERGO, the Doctor of Law held management positions at AWD Holding AG and REHAU AG & Co.
