ERGO is again "Top Employer Germany" in 2024

ERGO Group AG has been recognised as one of the most attractive employers in Germany for the second time in a row by the international consulting institute "Top Employers Institute". This re-certification proves that the insurance company not only maintains its high standards as an employer, but also actively develops and continuously improves them.

As a "Top Employer Germany 2024", ERGO offers its employees an outstanding working and development environment. The company underwent a comprehensive and detailed assessment process in the renewed certification process. ERGO achieved very good results among the 160 certified "Top Employer Germany 2024" companies from various sectors. This applies in particular to measures in the areas of "Employee Listening" (employee dialogue), "Career" (qualification), "Organisation & Change" (role and contribution of the HR department) and the activities relating to "Diversity, Equity & Inclusion". As part of the certification, ERGO's new employer branding initiative, which the company launched in 2023, was also highlighted.
