Attractive working conditions. A healthy balance between work and family. Firm commitments to diversity, equity and inclusion within corporate culture and corporate strategy. These are just three factors that make ERGO such an appealing employer for staff and job applicants alike. The company impressed the Institute during a thorough, multi-stage au-dit in which independent experts evaluated six key HR domains and 20 HR categories.

“I am delighted at this award,” said Dr. Lena Lindemann, member of the Board of Management of ERGO Group AG and responsible for Human Resources Germany, Human Resources International and General Services. “In particular because it sends a signal to talented people that we are an exceptional employer in an exciting industry. It also acknowledges our fruitful HR work in recent years, and is an incentive for us all to continue to pursue our ambitions here. I am especially pleased that our strategic employer positioning received such a positive evaluation,” she added.

Companies that are certified as Top Employers place their employees at the centre of their corporate pursuits, providing staff with an excellent work and development environment.

The Top Employers Institute certified 160 companies in Germany this year in various sectors, including seven insurance companies.
