Die Diskussion zweier Männer über die Geschäftsideen der Cleantech-Start-ups beim Climate-KIC-Accelerator.

EIT Climate-KIC: Fostering innovation

EIT Climate-KIC (Knowledge & Innovation Community) is the European Union’s largest public-private climate initiative. It includes a successful accelerator for cleantech start-ups. This fosters young businesses which are developing climate protection solutions.

Munich Re and ERGO, together with EIT Climate-KIC, are promoting start-ups that are involved in tackling climate change. In addition to financial support and targeted coaching for the development of the business model, each start-up receives mentoring from Munich Re and ERGO staff. Work spaces are also available.

Munich Re and ERGO thus gain access to young businesses, these receive both technical and financial support in return, and society benefits from climate-protection solutions.

The cooperation has been in place since October 2017.

These start-ups are already on their way to success
