ERGO Group erweitert Vorstand


Lena Lindemann übernimmt Personal Deutschland, Personal International und Allgemeine Dienste

Der Aufsichtsrat der ERGO Group AG hat Dr. Lena Lindemann (41) zum 1. Juli 2022 in den Vorstand des Unternehmens berufen. Dr. Lindemann übernimmt neben der Rolle als Arbeitsdirektorin die Verantwortung für die Bereiche Personal Deutschland, Personal International und Allgemeine Dienste von Dr. Ulf Mainzer (56). Dr. Mainzer verantwortet weiterhin die Bereiche Recht und Datenschutz, Einkauf, Compliance sowie das Corporate Office und fokussiert sich auf die weiter steigenden regulatorischen und rechtlichen Anforderungen. Die Berufung von Dr. Lindemann erfolgt vorbehaltlich der Genehmigung durch die Aufsichtsbehörden.

Die promovierte Juristin gehört dem Konzern seit 2017 an und ist derzeit als Bereichsleiterin HR Business Management der ERGO Group AG in Düsseldorf tätig. Zuvor war sie als Rechtsanwältin bei Clifford Chance LLP beschäftigt.

Oliver Willmes takes over as Chairman of the Board of ERGO International AG

Subject to the approval of the appropriate Supervisory Authorities, Oliver Willmes will take over the position as Chairman of the Board of ERGO International AG as from 1 October. Alexander Ankel, the current Chairman of the Board of ERGO International AG, will continue to be a member of supervisory boards and act as a consultant for ERGO.
