Executive Board changes at ERGO´s life insurance companies

As of 1 January 2018, organisational separation of the classic life insurance business, as announced in 2016, is to take effect within the ERGO Group. This will entail changes in the Executive Boards of the relevant companies.

Siegfried Nobel (57) and Joachim Fensch (51) have been appointed to the Executive Boards of the classic life companies, ERGO Lebens¬versicherung AG and Victoria Lebensversicherung AG. As CFO, Mr. Nobel will be responsible for the Actuarial and Financial Division, while Mr. Fensch will head the Operations and IT Division. They have both worked for ERGO in various positions for many years.

Silke Lautenschläger and Christoph Jurecka will, in turn, be leaving the Executive Boards at ERGO Life and Victoria Life. In addition to Mr. Jurecka (Finance), Stephan Schinnenburg (Broker Sales) and Christian Molt (Customer and Sales Services, as of 1 April 2018) will be joining the Executive Board at ERGO Vorsorge Lebensversicherung AG, via which ERGO will be conducting its new business in the life insurance sector from now on. Mr. Nobel, Ms. Lautenschläger and Frank Wittholt will be leaving this board. Mr. Wittholt (49) was previously appointed to the Executive Boards of ERGO Life and Victoria Life in September 2017.
