ERGO as an employer – our employees

One of the key factors in ERGO’s success are our employees, who secure the company’s future with the quality of their work. This is why we set great store by employee satisfaction. A company-wide employee survey conducted in 2010 provided us with a series of important pointers which are now helping us take specific and ongoing action.

Right around the world, over 30,000 people are employees of ERGO Group. It is their beliefs, morals and values which, taken together, form the foundation of our corporate culture, which supports and rewards great performance. In a survey conducted across Germany, employees told us about their levels of satisfaction with aspects of their jobs such as working conditions, their line managers or opportunities for personal development.
