ERGO Beratung und Vertrieb AG is the sales company of the Group in Germany, and encompasses the Group’s various sales channels which work together for the benefit of their customers.

Thanks to this diversity, our customers can choose which channel they wish to use to contact ERGO: on site at one of our local agencies, by phone or online, through a bank or via a broker. Over 9,000 full-time self-employed sales partners are on hand throughout Germany to support our private and corporate customers. Just like our colleagues in direct marketing, brokers and ERGO cooperation partners, they offer our extensive array of needs-based insurance cover, pension products and services.

We pool our sales strength in ERGO Beratung und Vertrieb AG using the intelligent interlocking of various sales channels, a constant transfer of knowledge and the efficient use of resources. This ensures high-quality advice and support for our customers and secures the competitiveness of our sales forces for the future.

Broad support for sales Partners

ERGO Beratung und Vertrieb AG is the contract partner for independent sales agents in Germany. It supports the sales organisations with uniform tools for customer advice and quality assurance. The sales agents benefit from modern, standardised IT systems, processes and com-munication platforms to ensure optimal support and advice for their customers. Personalised local marketing, attractive websites and eye-catching advertisements back up the public image of our sales partners.

    Over 9,000 full-time sales agents in our tied agents’ organisations work exclusively for ERGO. With their agencies and administrative offices, they are on hand to serve customers throughout Germany. Our ERGO Pro sales organisation is further broken down into multi-level and agency sales forces.

    ERGO Broker sales

    ERGO Broker Sales provides brokers with our extensive portfolio which encompasses all lines of business from a single source. Just like our advice and support, this tailor-made portfolio is geared towards broker needs.

    Bank sales

    As part of major European bank UniCredit, HypoVereinsbank has been ERGO’s bank partner in Germany for many years. Further renowned cooperation partners sell our products or supplement our portfolio with their own services. Take the real estate financing offered by Wüstenrot, for example.

    Direct sales

    ERGO Direkt is the Group’s direct insurer and sells easy-to-understand products online, via mailings and on the phone. Within the ERGO sales company, the Direct Sales Division acts as an interface to transfer knowledge to the other sales channels.
