On the Board of Management of German sales company ERGO Beratung und Vertrieb AG (EBV), Hanno Schädel will be taking responsibility for Central Divisions Sales as of 1 July 2016. He will be replacing Thomas Bilitewski who is leaving the company by mutual agreement following a transition phase. Schädel will report to Harald Christ who, as announced on 14 December 2015, will take over as Chairman of the Board of Management of ERGO Beratung und Vertrieb AG as of 1 July 2016.
Hanno Schädel (48) has gained international management experience at various career stations in the fields of Sales Controlling, Strategy Development and Quality Management. Some of the industrial engineer’s posts include positions with Dresdner Bank AG and Deutsche Postbank Finanzberatung AG, where he was Chairman of the Board from 2009 to 2013. Most recently, Schädel was Senior Partner at Goll Consulting GmbH, focussing on financial services and sales.

Thomas Bilitewski (52) has been with ERGO Versicherungsgruppe AG since 2013. As from 2014, he was a Board member of EBV in charge of central management tasks.

ERGO Beratung und Vertrieb AG has been responsible for the management of ERGO sales organisations in Germany since April 2014.
