The prerequisites are there, along with the prospects
Get off to a flying start with our sales trainee programme. Your vocational training in an insurance-related field or as a recent university graduate with a degree in an economics-related discipline make you well-equipped to join us.
In 24 months we will pave your way to a managerial career. You will start gaining valuable practical experience immediately as part of the field sales force, while at the same time earning your vocational certification as a qualified ICC insurance clerk. At this point you’re already shortly before the finishing line. Step by step you will now assume greater responsibility – the best preparation for your future demanding task area as a sales organisation manager or a junior manager.
