The ERGO Pensionsfonds AG offers to take over existing company pension liabilities, both as benefits promises or by way of a relief fund, against payment of a single premium*.

Advantages for companies are:
- the balance sheet is freed of pension reserves
- balance sheet figures and company rating improve
- provision risks are outsourced.

* A pension plan is currently being discussed with the German Federal Financial Services Supervisory Authority.
